Any spin on the base game can randomly trigger One-Eyed Willy. Willy will swing across the reels and add one of 6 features. The first is the Truffle Shuffle Wilds – additional wild symbols will appear on the reels. Next is Mikey’s Hidden Riches – this turns the reels into stacked reels. The next is Data’s Colossal Symbols turns three adjacent reels in one Colossal Reel. Mouth’s Lucky Coins adds gold coins to the reels and then reveal random symbols to form wins. One-Eyed Willy’s Bonus Boost increases the player’s chance of triggering the bonus by adding additional scatters.
Finally Sloth’s win spin will guarantee the player a big win from the triggering spin. In addition, there are two features that can trigger on a losing spin. A scythe can appear on the reels to form wins, and a cave collapse can form winning combinations from the drop!

Three or more scatters trigger the One-Eyed Willy Bonus Wheel, which pays up to 1000x! 5 scatters will trigger the top feature. There are 6 features, and once landed, you can gamble your feature. However, the features below the one awarded become Mystery Win Prizes, giving only a coin win. Some features present chests with three keys or chests: one ends the round, one adds more spins and the final unlocks One-Eyed Willy’s Treasure Bonus.
Fratelli Hideout Bonus gives the player three keys, with one offering a hidden tunnel, activating a sub-bonus feature that triggers other bonus features. Skeleton Organ Bonus lets the player select a key with characters matching the chosen one. An upgrade item may be revealed that will increase the multipliers and features. Three Key symbols will unlock additional bonus features. Skull and Crossbones lose three lives and you’ll be back to the base. The Super Sloth Free Spin offers a new reel set, as does Goonies Go Wild, see below, featuring the Fratelli villains.
